Jean François Xavier Roffiaen (Ypres, 9 August 1820 – Ixelles, 25 January 1898) was a Belgian mountain landscape painter.
Roffiaen was a pupil of, among others, Peter Ludwig Kühnen in Brussels. Besides being a painter, Roffiaen was a natural scientist and wrote scientific works on molluscs. He was founder of the Malacological Society of Belgium. Together with, among others, Edmond Tschaggeny and Théodore Fourmois, he was one of the first painters in the Limburg Kempen, where he mainly visited Genk and Diepenbeek.
